Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Supper Radio iOS application and supperradio.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Supper Radio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Supper Radio helps you tell family stories through live AI voice conversations and turn them into custom songs for your personal, non-commercial use. The Service includes story prompts, voice interviews, song design and generation, a personal library, remix and editing features, and optional sharing via public links.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors.

To use most features, you must create an account by signing in with a US phone number and verifying via SMS code. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may update your display name from Account → Profile. You may delete your account at any time from Account → Profile → Delete Account. Notify us promptly at hello@supperradio.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

Creating songs requires an active paid subscription and available song credits. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Plan options may include, for example, 60 custom songs per month or 15 custom songs per week, depending on the subscription you select.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or through Account → Manage subscription in the app. Use Restore Purchases if you reinstall the app or switch devices.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable law. We do not guarantee refunds outside those processes. Unused credits may not roll over when a subscription period ends, depending on your plan.

When your subscription ends and is not renewed, your existing songs remain available in the app for 90 days from the end of your last paid period. After that, they are queued for removal from our systems. You can download your songs from the app at any time while your account and library are still active. Associated public share links will no longer work once a song is removed.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, generate, or share through the Service. Our Community Guidelines summarize these rules in plain language. You agree not to create, generate, upload, or share any content, and not to use the Service in any way, that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic, or that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way (we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material)
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any person, or discloses another person's private or identifying information without consent
• Constitutes hate speech or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic
• Depicts or glorifies graphic violence or gore, or promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide
• Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates the sale of illegal or regulated goods or services
• Impersonates another person, misrepresents your affiliation, or is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading (including undisclosed synthetic or “deepfake” depictions of real people)
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person, or that you do not have the rights to submit
• Is otherwise harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable
• Attempts to access the Service by automated means, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits
• Circumvents subscription requirements, song credits, or other access controls
• Interferes with or disrupts the Service or other users' experience

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on the Service. We use filtering and, where applicable, automated safety systems to limit objectionable content, and we may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

If you encounter content you believe is objectionable or violates these Terms, whether in the app or through a public share link, you can report it using the in-app or share-page report option (see our Community Guidelines for details), or by emailing reports@supperradio.com. Please include the share link or song details so we can locate the content.

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Depending on the violation, we may remove the content, disable the associated share link, and suspend, ban, or terminate the account of the user who provided the offending content.

You retain ownership of the stories, spoken content, and other material you provide through the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, process, and display Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including conducting AI conversations, generating and remixing songs, storing your library, and hosting share links you create.

You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for any consequences of sharing it.

Songs are created using artificial intelligence based on your conversations and design choices. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Songs are for personal and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or other advice. See our Community Guidelines for more on AI-generated content and sharing responsibly.

You are responsible for reviewing songs before sharing them and for how you use or distribute any shared links.

When you share a song, we provide a public link at share.supperradio.com that anyone with the link can use to listen. Share links are not private. Only share songs with people you trust, and do not share links in places where unintended audiences may access them.

Anyone who encounters a shared song can report it as described in Section 6. We may disable any share link, and remove the associated content, that we believe violates these Terms.

The Service, including the Supper Radio name, logo, app design, software, and other materials we provide, is owned by Supper Radio or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to reports@supperradio.com that identifies the content (such as the share link or song details), describes the right you believe is infringed, and includes your contact information. We will review valid notices and may remove the infringing content and disable any associated share link.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. Public share links may remain accessible until associated content is deleted, subject to our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SONGS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPER RADIO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR PUBLIC SHARE LINKS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
